Scott Figatner is a 21-year-old senior at The George Washington University in D.C. studying English, Communications, and Journalism. He is the food intern at PBS and the food columnist for The GW Hatchet. He has written for Communities at WashingtonTimes.com. Although he has worked at restaurants like Kinkead's and Citronelle in Washington D.C., he enjoys the tranquility of the home kitchen the most. He currently lives in Lawrenceville, NJ and wants to be a food writer in the future.
